I phoned Iain at 2.30 about a leak in our kitchen which had stained our flooring and he arrived at 3.30 after texting to say he was on his way. He was very thorough and fixed the leak with confidence. This was after we had contacted 2 plumbers previously who never appeared after arranging to come.
