Awful Customer Service

We have been regular customers at this bakery for some time and up until have had no problems. The products have been very good. However last week I purchased a cake that unfortunately when I ate it had egg shell in it. I know this happens but it was very disappointing and I felt that I couldn't eat the rest so threw it away. I wanted to advise the bakery more for curtesy thank anything else in case anyone else would of had the same problem. The response I received was unbelievably rude. I was rather sarcastically told that this happened because' we make cakes with eggs' and that if it was me ' I would of just eaten it'. Sorry not for me. And oddly it won't let me leave a review on their Facebook Page!!I appreciate it was a genuine mistake but the customer service was shocking. Needless to say they have lost my custom and everyone else I had recommended them to.
