Carmarthen's only dedicated Fishmonger and Game Dealer. We stock a huge range of fish and fish deli products. Wherever possible we source our stock very locally only going further afield to source the best! Carmarthen Bay Wild Bass, Plaice, Flounder, Skate and Lemon Sole. Swnsea Bay Haddock and Codling. But Jersey Oysters, Manx Kippers and three types of Fish Soup from Le Touquet in Northern France. We have local Rabbits, but go to Monmouth or even Scotland for our Venison Joints and steaks. Pheasants, Guinea Fowl, Partridge and Pigeon, are available and all oven ready (no feathers to worry about!). Anything we don't have in stock we can usually source within 48 hours (if in season and legal!)
