Worst Customer Service

We found the shop in Glasgow to have very poor customer service. On every visit there was a sense that as a customer you are not valued. The worst was though, a new pair of shoes began to fall apart after just a month. When we returned, the staff were defensive and unhelpful. They suggested a repair and would not provide a replacement nor a refund. After much complaining on my part, they finally consented to a refund, and when I dropped the shoes off, rather than apologise for the inconvenience of a £215 of shoes falling apart after a month, they remained rude and very unpleasant. This is not a company with a good sense of customer service
